Many fans have been critical of the Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled loading times on the different platforms where it has been released but, above all, have been especially concerned with the Nintendo Switch version. Now we have a patch that came out this weekend with the promise to improve them.
On PS4 it takes the game to version 1.07, on Xbox One to version 220.127.116.11, while on Nintendo’s own hybrid console it does it to 1.05. All of them have special emphasis on shortening the load time, however it is not the only improvement they present.
It has also “increased stability” when playing online, has corrected the frequency of circuits in the online lobbies, and have solved some problems that could cause exploits in some tracks and have taken steps to repopulate the servers when an player leaves them. There is also room for “other corrections” that do not materialize in the patch notes.
